What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the booking form, we collect what you choose to tell us:
- your name and your partner's name
- your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- your wedding or session date, location and approximate number of guests
- the collection and extras you are interested in
- your message, and how you heard about us
Automatically, with each enquiry, we also record your IP address and the type of browser you used. We use these only to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your enquiry and check our availability for your date
- prepare a quote, and — if you book — a contract and the photography itself
- keep a record of our correspondence with you
- keep the website secure and free of spam
We rely on the steps needed before and during a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Emails
When you send an enquiry, we email you a copy so you know it arrived, and we send the details to our studio inbox. We never add you to a mailing list and never send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps the booking form secure and one that remembers your session while you browse. They contain no personal profile and are deleted when they expire. Because they are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent to use them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the website and email work:
- Hostinger hosts this website, its database and our email, on servers located in the European Union.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Photographs
The photographs shown in our portfolio are shared with the permission of the couples in them. If you appear in one and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted 24 months after our last contact.
- Records of bookings are kept for as long as we need them to deliver your photographs and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
- stop using it for a particular purpose
Write to info@bridalimageme.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
